I manged to take the cd out after opening the unit but this made no difference, tried adding a software update CD for the infinity theme which had worked in the past but just keeps spinning. The unit is stuck in some form of rebooting loop, the screen is black and you get a brief second of radio frequency and my phone connects for 10 seconds and even plays calls through the speakers for that time but then cuts off.
